Forgotten password, wrong email used in sign up

I signed up to Spotify using e-mail, but I accidentally used an e-mail address I no longer have control of (It was banned for spam or something).  Now I'm in a situation where I want to cancel the subscription, as I signed up for my free month trial, but do not know the password to the account, nor do I have control of the e-mail address it was signed up with. 

Is there anyway I can stop the subscription not through spotfiy? Is there anyway I can change the e-mail adress the account uses? Or is there another way I can deal with this?
