Frank Zappa's songs with length greater than 10 minutes removed?

I know that Spotify does not grant the availabilyty of all tracks at all times, but I'm a huge Zappa fan and, if I'm not wrong, sometime in between last 30 days I noticed that ALL Zappa's songs with more than 10 minutes have been removed.

I was wondering why did it happen.

Unfortunately, Spotify and/or the record labels never disclose (most likely because they don't have to) why content has been removed.

Given a little time (from experience) things do tend to reappear.

OTOH  @Peter__ we've had reports of other longer tracks disappearing recently. here and here....and it does look like a repeat of something which happened two years ago also relating to the UMG label. Seems like time to harass them about this again.

Hmm I must have been hibernating when that happened! I'm going to escalate to the content guys too now you have pointed it out. 😉

Just got confirmation from one of the community team this has been passed over to the content guys. I guess all we can do now is wait!

Seems like we've had some problems with some of the longer tracks in our service, and we're working alongside the record label to get this sorted. These tracks should be back with us shortly, and we apologise for the inconvenience.

Today every missing Zappa's song (10+ min) are back! I'll mark it as solved.
