Fraud

1. Somebody is charging my card for a spotify premium subscription, while I'm already getting charged for a student subscription. Is there anything Spotify can do to stop them? I've gotten my bank involved but would like to hear from Spotify how this is possible. Idk if someone made an account or is just posing as Spotify charge.

Do you know if you’ve had another Spotify account before, with a regular Spotify Premium subscription? This can be a reason why. To get help from Spotify regarding transactions, I’d recommend that you contact customer care here, who might be able to help you further. 

If it’s a fraud, I’d strongly recommend you to block your card and get new details. This will your bank be able to help you with. And after that, follow standard procedures for the country you live in.
