Fraudulent Charges to my phone bill

Fraudulent Charges to my phone bill

I used to have Spotify Premium and I was aware that I'm getting charged £9.99 per month. However, I don't have Spotify installed on any device and ever since I canceled my subscription a month ago, and I'm still getting charged with £9.99 a month. I checked my Three phone charges and there it is, Spotify took £9.99 without my consent. I never agreed paying for £9.99 to my phone bill anymore, but why am I still getting charged with the monthly subscription? This is FRAUDULENT! I am dealing with money issues and this is not helping me with my current situation. SO IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME WITH THIS, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE.

Hi @smusique thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

Would you be able to log back into your Spotify account to check that it has been cancelled? You can view the status of your account here and if you still need to cancel it you can do so here. I think I'm right in thinking that you will have had a cancellation confirmation email when you cancelled, might be worth digging through your email account and finding that too, you'll be able to sort that out no problems then.

If once you've checked all of those things you still would like to talk to Spotify Care you can reach them through this contact form.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
