hey so telecom nz has launched a promotion etc i qualify for it...

 

when i tried to sign up for it i kept encountering errors [ due to my connection]

 

next day

 

it says i have already claimed it with this account but it has not updated..[this was a week ago]

 

ive ttried contacting Telecom, im willing to provide any information required etc

SO...i decided to get up and go for a run around the block this morning, after 3 laps i got tired ... so, i picked up the block and put it back in the toy box..

Having a look at the help pages, it appears this offer is set up on Telecom New Zealand's systems, so they need to activate it on your Spotify account for you (that isn't something Spotify can normally do).

done thatr, spent 50 mins on hold trying to sort this **bleep** with no avail im hoping spotify itself could help......

SO...i decided to get up and go for a run around the block this morning, after 3 laps i got tired ... so, i picked up the block and put it back in the toy box..

You could ask them using the online contact form and see what they say, but from experience they may tell you to get in touch with your partner service.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

SO this finally sorted.kind of..almost..

 

turns out i had to cancel my current subscription [figured that the promotional offer would overide this]

 

my account has updated but now im getting the stupid and **bleep**ing annoying "spotify" adds even though im now on premium [again]

 

how long does it take for the adds to be removed...

Have you tried to log out and back? If still ads, contact to your tele operator.
