I just got a 30 day free premium trial and for a code via text but I don’t know how to start the trial. Please give me a step by step or something? Thanks.

That's odd. We don't send any codes for subscriptions via text message. Keep in mind that all our subscriptions are made through our website www.spotify.com/premium.

 

 

In this case, we suggest that you contact the message sender for more info on how to redeem the code they sent you.

Did you select 'Pay By Mobile' at: https://www.spotify.com? 🙂

 

If so, rest assured we have some more steps to help at:
https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/pay-by-mobile/

 

"Enter your mobile phone number and click CONTINUE.
You’re sent a PIN code via text message.
Enter the PIN code and click CONFIRM.
All done! You’re now set up with Spotify Premium."

If this doesn't sound right, let us know and we'll look into this some more.
