Free Spotify Premium through Rogers

I tried using the link provided by Rogers to set up a free premium account but it rejects my account. It indicates that I already had previously a Premium account which isn't true. I have tried two different emails. Please help!

Are you able to request a new link from Rogers? If so, are you able to try using that new link in Incognito Mode (or your browsers equivalent)? If you aren't, can you try using your existing link in Incognito Mode?
