Free Trial payment not working

I cannot sign up for the 30 day trial, I have tried 4 different devices, both at home and work and I get stuck on the "Validate and Finish" step, with the screen saying loading please wait.

My browser reports the following Javascript error, it may not be related:

Uncaught ReferenceError: hideLoading is not defined www.spotify.com:77

I am also encountering exactly the same problem.

My FireBug console also shows the error "hideLoading is not defined". The payment page has never worked for me since I started the 2 days trial on 16 Apr 2013.

The URL of the page giving me the error is https://www.spotify.com/my-en/get-spotify/go/pay/freetrial30/?change_payment=1

Hopefully someone from Spotify can take a look at this and provide a fix/workaround.
