Free Trial to Premium

Hey, question real quick. 

So I linked my spotify through my facebook account and wanted to pay for premium. I put in my information and it sent me a confimation receipt saying that I bought premium but then when I log in, it says that I have subscribed for the free trial? 
Once the free trial is over, does it just automatially upgrade since I've paid for it? 
It also says my subscription will end on 7/8/16?

Are you sure you are logging into the correct account that you bought premium with? Usually when you buy premium, it will tell you that you have premium on the account page here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

Also on the account page, make sure the email listed there matches the email address where you got the confirmation email.

I also recommend checking out the receipts page to see if you see any payments there. If there is a receipt listed then you know for sure that your have successfully upgraded to premium:
