I tried to get the free trial and got an error about my bank having a bad day and said that I wasn't charged but I have two $1.25 charges (not under the pending like the help section). It says I'm still free on my account and the app. I've reinstalled it.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you


If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.


Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
