Free account on Screen but charged this month

Free account on Screen but charged this month

I tested for 3months premium subscription, but now I want to cancel. If I log on on my account show me I have got free subscription, but I m been charged this month like premium 9,9€
I want to cancel premium for the next month and just keep my free subscription.
Can you help me.? I repeat from my account I cannot changed because show me like " free subscription".

Hey @Secaspider,

 

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

 

  • If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
  • If you use your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
  • If you use your Spotify username try entering just your email address.

Thank you, normally I log on with my email.
In my opinion it should be easier to cancel as easy is subscribed.

Please check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
