Why does spotify charged me the first 30 days that should be free?

I just had the same problem.
I clicked (for the first time) on the "Get free 30 days Premium" on the website and Spotify charged me the € 9,99 as a standard payment!

Additionally, the e-mail says that I can contact them through the "Contact" website, but there isn't any specific item for such a behaviour…

Hey there @dezzeus -

Have you ever had a Premium subscription to your account? 30 day offers are usually not eligible to users who already had Premium.

As for the contact form, simply press the "I still need help" button and you can elaborate in the form about your issue, if you hadn't had Premium before.

Yes, I've paid a Premium, but I don't see why I can't use a promotion that is offered for free to every user (and if I wasn't eligible for such a promotion, I shouldn't be able to see it once logged in); indipendently from "when" I use it.

Also, this is a fraudolent behaviour, because I clicked on a button for a free promotion and I was charged without wanting to.
