Free trial for new Premium subscribers

It says here that first time premium subscribers can enjoy three months of Premium for €0.99:

I was Unlimited subscriber, but never Premium. Now I've tried to switch to Premium and I was informed that i'll be charged a full price of €6.99 from very beginning.
