Free trial premium

I was sent an email from Spotify about being able to receive 30 days of free premium Spotify but was never given these 30 days.

It doesn't look like the free trial applied on our end - a 7 day free trial was used instead. Did you apply any payment details when signing up for the free trial?

No I did not apply any payment details. Every time I click the free trial link it sends me to payment details for 3 months for $.99 not a 30 day free like I was told
