Free trial registration not working

So I am trying to register for a free 30 day trial, but after I enter my PayPal information and click "Accept", it brings me to the same screen I was at before I entered my PayPal information.  It is stuck in this loop and I have started over multiple times but nothing seems to work.

I had the same issue and found that disabling Adblock Plus on spotify.com solved the problem.
