Frequent logouts and unknown user on my account

My Question or Issue

For the past couple of weeks, I've noticed that music that I haven't chosen to listen to or have a preference to listen to will play. For example, if I am listening to a song, my song will stop and another song will be played but on a different device that I do not know. I've also noticed that multiple playlists are being saved that I did not choose to save. To top it all off, for the past week and a half I've been signed out every day. I have to sign in every day and see my account being used not by me. 

I tried signing everyone off, uninstalling and installing but nothing is working. Any advice?
