Friend Can't Login to anything Spotify related

Hi, My friend (Tagurtoast@gmail.com) is having issues when he is trying to log onto Spotify and this is what he has said:

Spotify is giving me an error every time i try to log on, it says the facebook login had an error and to try again. I have tried the forced login by playing music but that does not help.

The error is:
An error has occurred processing your login. Please try again.

I can't log onto the website or the app

Your friend won't thank you for posting his/her email address in a public forum - I'd suggest removing it.

Try logging out of facebook and check that the email address / facebook username and password you think is correct is actually correct
