My Question or Issue

 I have a playlist that I listen to a lot and have downloaded all the songs from it for offline purposes, but when I'm online, I would prefer to listen to other songs as well that are similar to mine. This is why I used the radio feature a lot as well. But for some reason, on the computer app version of Spotify, I am unable to create any radio stations at all (based on playlist) and another common thing I noticed is that the friend feed fails to load as well. So I thought the simplest way to troubleshoot this issue was to reinstall the program and when I did, it worked perfectly... for one day. The next day when I opened the program, the same issue. I have been through that loop for too long now and just wondered what other steps could be taken. Again, this issue does not exist on my phone, or on the web player, just the downloaded version itself, and only on the the second opening and onward.
