Friend activity is showing people I do not know

Hey,

Since I can't find the way to contact Spotify directly, my Friend Activity is showing people I don't even know neither I'm following. 

This is going for a couple weeks now, I reeboted ofc but re-installing will be the last resort.

Any help on this?

What device, operating system, and Spotify version is this happening on? Did this start happening after an app update? 

Does unfollowing the users you don't recognize make a difference, or are they still showing up after you've unfollowed? Be sure to log out and back in after unfollowing them.

Thank you for your reply.

It's happening in more than one device, in this one it's Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit OS. Spotify's version is 1.0.77.338.g758ebd78.

I cannot unfollow people because Spotify indicates I'm not following them, even tho they are in the Friends activity. If I follow and then unfollow they show up again even after logging out.
