Friend can't log into his account, can't post to forum, needs help

I have a friend who signed up for Spotify through Facebook and is currently paying for premium.  He deactivated his facebook two weeks ago and can no longer log into spotify.  He emailed customer service several times in the past two weeks and never got a response.  He told me he checked his spam folder as well.  Does anyone know if you can migrate an account from a Facebook attached account to a separate spotify account? 

Customer service is not helpful at all!
