Friend's candian spotify acct hacked after using everyday for many years

 Spotify emailed her saying that her email has changed recently to 'not her email'

How does she get a quicker response if the avg response time is 3 days (for emails) and there's no faster online chat and phone alternative?

Could you tell her to check out this page and go through the steps given? 🙂 A reply to an email shouldn't take 3 days. Usually support folks get back to you the same or next day.
