Friends Cannot Find Me and I want to edit Profile Picture

I am not linked to Facebook and do not wish to be.

Friends searching for my username: myrichtones cannot see my profile. How do I make myself visible?

Also, how do you have edit a picture for your account?

Friends can look up your profile by entering spotify:user:myrichtones into their search bar in the Spotify app.
