From Premium to Free: no status change seen

Hi,

Because I got a subscription from a Spotify partner, I needed to change my Premium to Free. I followed all the steps -including the trip to the Facebookpage- , but I don't see a change of status. So I also cannot cancel my payments. Am I missing something here?

Hey @dustdog 🙂 

You should be able to cancel your subscription from: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/cancel/

Once that is done, your account will remain on premium until your next billing date (so you get all the days you have paid for) at which point it will revert to Spotify free and you can upgrade via your partner.
