From Premium to Unlimited, very slow and no conection

I have changed my account from Premium to Unlimited.

Now I can´t listen any song for complete, every time is stopping and dont charging songs.

I have paid for a service who I can use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since yesterday (to me) spotify is very slow and loss conection some times. At 6am it works great but during the day is horrible. Today is better but yesterday I couln't listen to anything online, just synced songs.

I'm from Spain, I have a 100mb ftth connection and I use pc

One thing you might want to try is to head into the Preferences menu and uncheck the "Enable Hardware Acceleration" option - That might get things playing a little quicker.

I got the same problem, Spotify is really slow since yesterday.

It just buffers too slow, every few seconds the song stops until enough is buffered for the next few seconds, etc.

At night it works perfect but right now (7:48 pm) you can only listen to local files because everything else is stuttering.

No other program is using my bandwidth (checked with netlimiter), my pc is the only device using my internet connection & it is not a general problem with my internet connection
