Hello, 

i hâve a premium account. I subscribe a family. I think I did mistake I think having 2 accounts. How to Verify? 

Moreover, my kid received the email but cannot log in and my boyfriend succeeded! 

Vould you help me please??

If you think that you have two accounts, we’ve even got a handy flow-chart to help you solve this conundrum. 

The second thing is, that all people who want to join your family plan have to enter the exactly same address as you did, so your son probably made a mistake. In this case, you have to cancel your current plan and start a new one.
