Frustrated. Need help.

I'm trying to email you guys because you don't have a phone number I can call but the email that it keeps usingas a way for you guys to reply has been deactivated. So I have no way of getting your replies. Can you guys just answer a simple question without making it so hard. I was charged $9.99 when I upgraded to premium and the $4.99 for who knows what. I'd like to know why I was charged $4.99
