GETTING SCAMMED

Please help me! So was on the 99 cents three months trial and last month i suddenly was logged out of my account. This wasnt a problem until they started charging me 11.99 and i can't even access my account. I've tried all the log in problems but it doesn't seem to work. Plus when i try to log in on my desktop i get into the account for a split 5 secs then logged out again. PLSS HELP ME OUT
