HELLO, I AM HAVING TROUBLE LWITH THE APP SPOTIFY.

THE PROBLEM IN WHICH I AM HAVING TROUBLE IS THAT I PAID FOUR TIMES ALREADY TO GET THE PREMIUM SPOTIFY SO THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD MUSIC AND PLAY IT WITHOUT INTERNET CONNECTION. NOW, EVERY TIME I TRY TO DOWNLOAD MUSIC IT TELLS ME THAT I NEED TO PAY AGAIN IN ORDER TO GET ACCES TO THOSE PRIVILAGES. I´D LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, BECAUSE THE APP SPOTIFY HAS CHRGED ME TWICE THE DAY 01-20-2016 AND TWICE TODAY 01-21-2016
