Get error when I try to log in on a new phone

Get error when I try to log in on a new phone

Getting eroor message "The email and password are wrong" but the screen where I should write the information is comes up and directly disappears and the error comes up again. I can log in on my computer but not on the phone.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community, I'll try to help you out. Can you try having a clean reinstall of the app to see if it does the trick? Just follow these steps.
