I had created my account 3 month ago. I took premium account for 3 month for 1eur (there smth like discount). But after this month i wanted to cancel it and start premium for family for 10.99eur. But today Spotify removed from my balance 6.99eur. 

What i have to do to return my money and i will start permium for famaly?
