Get "Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method" error on 3 different CC

I got a mail saying my CC card payment failed.

I re-entered my Credit card, but got a message "Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method"

Then tried with 2 other valid Credit Cards. But kept getting the message.

Then I followed the suggesting in the help text asking me to revert to a free subscription and the retry to upgrade.

Still same failure.

All very frustrating...

Thank you for the suggestion. That worked!

 

I wasn't aware how I could get to a human being to discuss this. I now switched to my business paypal account to get it working again (I got fed up with wasting my time).
