Getting Billed Twice

Hello, I was going back through my statements and discovered that i've been getting billed two times a month per month since Feburary 2014. Im pretty sure I dont have two accounts. I also sent an email to the support but Im a bit worried due to that the email used with that account is no longer active. Please respond to this Im getting pretty ticked off. 🙂

Hey there and welcome to the community!

Since you've said that your accounts mail address is no longer active, you should get in touch with the Spotify staff by using this anonymous contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-anonymous/. There you can type in a different mail but you need to verify that it is your account so please add as much information as you can (Birthday, ZIP, payment info/receipts etc). We can't help you here at the community with billing issues, so you really should get in contact with them (again).

If you'll receive an automated mail that leads you back to the community or help pages, please reply to that mail (even if it's from "no-reply") and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
