Getting Billed for premium but spotify shows FREE

My username is ***************@gmail.com on FB - i'm getting billed every month but still showing free.  I have reinstalled the client with no success.  The accounts page asks me to sign up, when I do, I use the same CC# I used originally and it gives me an error.  Can someone please advise?

Hi @plyons7890 thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

 

Would you be able to check the username on your Premium receipt to make sure it matches the one you're logging in with (If it's a 10 digit number then it's the facebook account)? It seems fairly likely that at some point a duplicate account has been created, either the facebook one or the gmail one.

I am getting billed for the premium Spotify but I’m still on the free Spotify. I have not received receipts to my email address that is linked to my Spotify account but I can see clear as day the money taken from my account.
