Getting Spotify email spam to my address, but intended recipient address is not me

Hi,

 

I don't wish to have a Spotify account, nor receive any emails from you.

I am getting spam being sent to dg.parry@gmail.com which is not my address, but it's getting through.

 

My address is dgparry@gmail.com.

 

I have had to log in via my FB account as it shows my email address is already in your system.

I don't seem to recall ever having signed up with Spotify, so wish to have all of this fixed and the account removed.

 

By the way, your website is very difficult to navigate for a clue as to how to contact you. I've only been able to notify you of this via the forum when I logged in/created an account.

 

Your system is naturally assuming any correspondence is from people wanting to be involved with your system, which in my case is not.

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
