Getting all my emails in spanish.

So I think my account was "hacked" as random playlists started apearing with spanish names, adding a lot of songs I wouldn't listen too and since noone else has access to my account it had to be that, anyways I logged out everywhere, changed all my passwords including on facebook just to make sure and got rid of the problem, now however all the emails I get from spotify and Discover weekly are all in spanish, I've checked all settings and It's all set to English and the account location is set to Iceland. Where can I fix this annoyance?
