Getting charged 4 times and still on Free.

I tried to upgrade my spotify into premium with student plan. However, the website could not verify me as a student, so I am not accepted to upgrade. However, my bank account was charged fourth time. $5.38 for each, 21.52 in total, but my account is still free, not premium.

Please help me. Thanks

You should look into contacting Spotify Support using this link.

 

They will be able to help out with any account or billing related issues, as you can't do it in a public community-based fourm like this.

Furthermore, I didnot see the recept as well. Just email from my bank that I got charged

Ugh, I litterally just had this same issue last night! I've been desperately trying to contact support via Twitter but it's been 9 hours and I haven't heard back from Spotify. I ended up sending them an e-mail in hopes to get a refund soon. That spotify student is so fishy. Why would we need to input out credit card information again anyway? 😕

 

I hope they get back to you asap.
