Getting charged but don't have an account

I have just noticed on my credit card statement that I have been being charged fro spotify for the past 3 months, however on my online account it says I don't have any subscriptions. I have also checked my mobile phone carrier and it doesn't show there as well. If it was thru my mobile phone it would go on my bill not from my credit card. Please help as I don't use this service!

I also had this happen, has anyone figured out why?   I can't cancel my card because I don't know where to do so

I contacted Spotify and they saw that I didn't have an account. Then I have them a coy of all the transactions that came out of my account and they reimbursed me. They were really helpful so if I was you I would contact them. Hope you get it sorted.

I can't find a contact spot, where is it?
