Getting charged but no premium

Hey I need help
I got charge as a student discount and I saw it charged me from my card but I still have no premium after it charged..
now when I try to redo it.. it needs my payment info again.. need help please

You should have received a confirmation email from Spotify of your purchase which will include a username. Can you double check that you're signing in with the correct username (a 10-digit number means you need to sign in through Facebook)?
