Getting charged by iTunes and Spotify

I originally subscribed to Spotify premium through the iTunes subscription option. It automatically charges me $12.99 a month. I then switched a few months ago to the student plan for $9.99 through the Spotify website. I am being charged both $12.99 and $9.99 every month. I cancelled through iTunes, but how can I get the money back?

Apple Support is able to check if you're eligible for a refund: https://getsupport.apple.com

I have the same problem.  Ive been charged through iTunes for years and just began getting charged through Spotify (I don't know why) for a few months.  How can I check with Spotify if I am eligable for a refund?
