Getting charged double but I cant see ut in my account

Hi, im currently getting charged directly to my bank account for spotify but I have spotify premium included with my phone company monthly.
when i check my bills in my account it says there is none (since its included in the phone company subscription)

I'd recommend checking if you have another Spotify account that you could have possibly paid for accidentally by following these steps


If there are no other accounts tied to Premium under your payment method, then it's best to follow all of the steps provided on this page. You will also find options to get in touch with Customer Support, if necessary.

Hello! I decided to try to take a free 1 month of premium, the first time the payment went as it should, but the second time because of the premium subscription I was charged twice. Please tell me why this could have happened and how to get the money back?
