My Question or Issue

I am getting charged 14.06 when I have a free trial

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

If you're sure that your trial has not come to an end (by checking the next payment date and the time of the first authorization transaction on your receipts page on your account page through a web browser), but are still getting charged, it probably means you have a second subscription on a different account. Here is how to check if this is the case. 

 

If so, you can cancel the second subscription and keep only the one on your main account.
