Getting charged twice every month

Since signing up for the student discount, spotify has been double charging me 9.99 and 4.99 for the past two months. I emailed spotify about my situation on 10/22 and have yet to recieve an email back. This needs to be fixed.

Did you receive a case number? Could you post it here so I can escalate this issue for you?

Have you received an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, you need to answer it (even if it's from "no-reply") and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. But if you've received a case number, please post it here as @Rodrigo said.
