Getting constant e-mails about account password.

My Question or Issue

Hi, hope I can find some help here. I created a Spotify account in 2008 and therefore my surname is my actual accountname, unfortunately this creates a huge amount of people thinking that their name is their Spotify username aswell. 
As they cannot log in to spotify the press the "Forgot password" button and it send automatically e-mail to my registered e-mail. This happens at least 3-4 times a day, what can I do to stop this bombardment.

Hello @Sirahpil,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Maybe you can try to mark it as spam in your e-mail account. Most of the e-mail providers (gmail, hotmail...) have this option. That way you can stop getting e-mails from that e-mail address.
