Getting good charged for Premium but not getting it.

Getting good charged for Premium but not getting it.

I am getting charged for premium but I can't get it on the app. I checked my status and it says that I am still free. I used to get the premium and was fine but it all of the sudden stopped working. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and that didn't help.

I am at the point where I want to just cancel the whole account and start over. Would that be easier? How do I do that??
