Getting my refund

I was suppose to cancel my Spodify subscription yesterday but i travled for Thanks Giving and where i was didn't have service or internet connection, so i couldn't unsubscribe and i was charged 9.99 but i want to refund that...How do i go about this ?

Hi @jagr2713. Refunds are given out on a strictly case-by-case basis and unfortunately I cannot tell you whether or not your case qualifies. Keeping in mind that nothing if guaranteed, the first thing I'd recommend that you do is cancel your subscription, if you haven't already. Doing so is easy, just hop on over to your subscriptions page.

 

Once you've done that you'll need to reach out to support to see if they can help you out in this case. Support can be reached one of three ways: through the online contact form; on twitter by reaching out to @SpotifyCares; or by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page. Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.
