Getting rejected even though details are correct

So basically i have been having troubles logging in but i wanted to make sure my details where right so in order to test this i made a new account wrote the details down, logged out and went to log back in. Said my username or password was incorect but it definitley isnt. Please help this is a pain especially since i have to log in to a different computer everytime i use one.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
