My Question or Issue

Hi,

I created my spotify account in 2014 associated with fb. 

Years later I changed my fb email, thus transforming my account into a ghost one:
my name does not appear anymore, if you search it or its public playlists you won't find them. Except for these things, it works perfectly fine.

I wanted to change the email associated to the account, but i've discovered I can't do it. 

The problem is: i don't have the password anymore. AND I don't have the password of the old email adress. That Microsoft is telling me I can't have back because I can't give them enough information to prove it's mine. 
Is there a way I can get the access info back? or a way for me to move all the music, not only the playlists, but also the favourite songs, to another account?
please i'm desperate and have no idea what to do
