Gift Card doesn't work

Gift Card doesn't work

Hi I bought a $36 gift card just over 24hours ago and i type in the code and it says "
Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service." I've contacted Woolworths which is where I bought it from and it's nothing to do with their side. Please help me!

I've seen lots of people asking why their gift card doesn't work, most of them were introducing the code of the card, but they needed to introduce the PIN, which you need to scratch from the card.

Yes I've typed that number in and it doesn't work, neither does the number on my receipt 

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi! The same issue is happening with me. I've started a free trial with the premium individual plan with a credit card attached for payment. I have tried to redeem a gift card but keep getting the message "Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service." The card was purchased a month ago from Woolworths, please help me🙏
