Gift card doesn't work please help!

I was about to activate the gift card that i just bought. it keepson saying that the code is invalid or to put the code written on the receipt and then i did but it keeps on saying the same thing. I already got confused of which code goes with which with all these bunch od 0s written. please help.

yes i did. I followed the instructions given. but still says the same thing.

it's going to be in french.

I'd like to let you know that Spotify gift cards can only be redeemed on Spotify accounts registered in the same country where they were purchased. They’re also not redeemable for Premium for Family, or in conjunction with other discounts and promotions, such as the student discount or trial offers.
