Gift card invalid?

I bought one yesterday and it said it's not valid, I asked the people from the store and they said it was activated, but when I try to use it, it says that the code isn't valid...

I'd advice you to use the contact form to get directly in touch with the subscriptions team. You simply follow the right steps and when you see a bright green "I still need help" button press it and fill the form. Someone from Spotify will get back at you as soon as possible. If you receive an automated email directing you back here, please reply to it even though it's a no-reply. It works!
